Bringing world-class DJs, producers and performers to an international community of house heads, the ninth edition of Defected Croatia will be held from Wednesday 30th July 19:00 – Monday 04th August 06:00 2025, showcasing the very best of dance music for an unforgettable summer festival at The Garden Resort in Tisno.
Celebrated for its inclusive atmosphere, varied programme and impeccable production, year-on-year our Croatian festival curates a diverse line-up of dance music greats to play across our three festival stages, daily boat parties plus revered afterparty venue Barbarella’s. Described by Mixmag as, ‘an ecstatic, extravagant spectacle,’ the line-up each year features several debuts and festival firsts, as rising stars, underground favourites and the scene’s most-loved pioneers come together on the Adriatic coast.
Going beyond the usual offerings, our Croatia festival offers an impressive wellness programme, with daily yoga classes and mindfulness sessions to balance out late nights on the dancefloor. With our iconic dancers and performers, surprise stage takeovers, secret pop-up parties, exclusive DStore merch, and major on-site competitions too – Defected Croatia is truly a highlight of the calendar year..

Kicking off every evening with performances from the festival’s headliners including live acts and superstar DJs, the Main Stage is the centre of attention after dark. The largest at the site, the Main Stage is at the heart of The Garden, surrounded by the bars, food shacks and facilities. Expect to see all your favourites of the world’s biggest DJs on their very finest forms.
Nestled directly on the Adriatic at the end of The Garden’s beach, this is the ultimate spot for soaking up Defected Croatia’s stunning setting. During the day, the Beach Stage offers uninterrupted views across the bay and crystal clear waters. The music kicks off here in the early afternoon, soundtracking the last hours of sunshine until dark, when flooded with multi-coloured light the stage really comes into its own. The Beach Stage is the festival’s tucked-away party piece.
The Main Stage’s sidekick is the Olive Grove with its large canopy, making it perfect for daytime raving. Beautifully shaded and surrounded by trees, it’s a picturesque spot in the heart of the festival site. Just a couple of minutes from the beach and close to the bars and amenities, this is your first place to head when arriving at the site.
Barbarella’s discotheque is without doubt one of the most exceptional nightclubs in Europe. Harking back to the original days of clubbing with its open-air setting and breath-taking location, Barbarella’s invites you to dance all night under the stars. Like all the most magical parties, nights at Barbarella’s are rarely over until 7 - 8am. Reach the club via a short ride on a shuttle bus, taxi, or water taxi from the main site.
