Check in is from 4pm on the day your booking starts. The hotel check in desk is open until 10pm. If you are arriving later than this on your check in day please drop us a message on WhatsApp (LINK HERE) so that we can inform the hotel and make sure the night porter is expecting you.

If you arrive earlier than 4pm and your room/beach cabin is ready then you will be able to check in, if not you can leave your bags in the bag store and use the hotel facilities until your room/cabin is ready.

Please bring your passport and booking confirmation to the hotel reception at check in.

Check out is 10am on the day of departure.

All hotel rooms are cleaned daily. Please ask at reception if you require your hotel room to be cleaned. Beach cabins operate like apartments and will not be cleaned until after you leave.

HOTEL ROOMS

• All hotel rooms have fresh towels provided daily. 
• All hotel beds can be made into either doubles or twins. 
• Hotel rooms do not have fridges, if you require refrigeration for medication please ask at the bar. 

BEACH CABINS

• Towels will be provided for beach cabins upon arrival and fresh ones can be collected from the hotel reception for €3.
• If you require an iron or hairdryer please ask at the hotel reception.
• Beach cabins have a small kitchen area, including a fridge.
• As the beach cabins are situated in nature, please keep your cabin door shut when not in use to avoid bugs.

Any damage to accommodation fixtures will be charged to the lead guest on the booking following check out. Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during the early hours.

There is also a restaurant with a full menu upstairs at the hotel open from 12PM each day.

Uber and Bolt are widely available in the area, with prices as low as €12 to The Garden during the day depending on availability. You can also speak to the hotel reception to book you one of the official Garden taxis which are a fixed €22.80 to and from The Garden to Hotel Miran all day and night.

DEFECTED HOTEL --> BARBARELLAS 

There will not be shuttle buses from the Defected Hotel to Barbarellas. 

You must either book a taxi in advance via the hotel reception or an Uber to take you from the Defected Hotel to Barbarellas 

There are also shuttle buses from the main festival site to Barbarellas for 4 euros that can be paid for on the festival RFID.

BARBARELLAS --> DEFECTED HOTEL

Shuttle buses for afterparties will be able to drop Defected Hotel customers at the petrol station, which is an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The cost of each journey is 4 euros and can be paid for with the RFID.

Please note the road between the hotel and Barbarellas is incredibly dangerous at night so you must not attempt to walk the whole journey.
