• Check in is from 4pm on the day your booking starts.
•  If you arrive earlier and your room/beach cabin is ready then you will be able to check in, if not you can leave your bags in the bag store and use the hotel facilities until your room/cabin is ready. 
• If staying in the Hotel, you will receive a link via email to upload your passport details before arrival. Please fill this out to ensure a speedy check in.
• If you are staying in a Beach Cabin you will show your passports at reception to check in. You can bring photocopies of your passport to speed up the process.
• The hotel reception will have someone on reception until 11pm each night. If you are arriving later than 11pm please let us know via whatsapp so that we can prepare your keys for the night porter.
• At check in you will be required to pay a €50 damage deposit which will be held on your credit or debit card and released when you check out.
• Check out is 10am on the day of departure.

• Hotel room guests can request cleaning by leaving the cleaning sign on your door.

• Beach cabins operate like apartments and will not be cleaned until after you leave.

• When you check out please leave rooms and cabins in a clean and tidy state or you will lose your deposit.

• All hotel rooms have fresh towels provided daily. Towels will be provided for beach cabins upon arrival and fresh ones can be collected from the hotel reception for €3.
• All hotel rooms have fridges, hair dryers and safes.
• Beach cabins have a small kitchen area including fridges and basic cooking facilities.
• All beds can be made into either double/twin.
• There are massages available on the hotel’s private beach. Look for the hut which says ‘massage’ and you can book and pay directly at the massage hut. Prices start from €40 for 30 minutes. 

• Any damage to accommodation fixtures which exceeds your deposit amount will be charged to the lead passenger on the booking following check out. 

• Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during the early hours.

• Buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant 07:00-12:00. Price = €15

• Freshly made Pizza and snacks served at the hotel terrace bar from 12:00 - 21:00

• Hotel restaurant with full menu open 12:00- 22:00

• Terrace Bar open 10:00-00:00

Plodine Pirovac. 250m away. Please take care when crossing the road.

GOOGLE MAPS

If you turn left along the water and walk along the beach you will end up in Pirovac. There are a number of beach bars, restaurants and a bakery all within 5-10 minutes walk. The main town of Pirovac has multiple shops, bars and restaurants and a picturesque harbour and is a 15-20 minute walk along the beach.

Airport Transfers

If you have booked your airport transfers via the festival brand website please let the rep you are staying at Hotel Miran know so they can arrange a drop off,  if you do not let them know, you will be dropped at The Garden Resort. Hotel Miran is the second stop, do not get off at The Garden Resort stop (the first stop) if drop off at the hotel has been agreed.

For your return transfer, you will be picked up from your hotel 30 min before departure time.

Car Taxis

• If you want to take a taxi/uber to/from the hotel it is around 10-15 minutes from The Garden and around 5-10 minutes from Barbarella's. The destination name to use is Hotel Miran, Pirovac.

• There is a dedicated space in the carpark for uber/taxi drop off and arrival.

• If you’d like to order a taxi to the festival site, Barbarellas or anywhere else please ask reception and they will be able to order for you, although Uber is often cheaper.

Hotel Miran to Barbarellas

• You will need to take a taxi from Hotel Miran to Barbarella's or get the shuttle from the festival site (The Garden Resort)

• Shuttle buses from the festival site only run direct to Barbarellas and will not stop at Hotel Miran.

Barbarellas to Hotel Miran

• Shuttle buses on the way back from the afterparties will be able to drop Miran customers off at Plodine supermarket over the road from Hotel Miran.

• Please note the road between the hotel and Barbarellas is incredibly dangerous at night so you must not attempt to walk this journey.

The festival site to Barbarellas 

•  Barbarellas Discotheque is located approximately 20 minutes by bus or taxi from the festival site. We will provide a shuttle to and from the venue each night, this is 4 EUR each way.

• The shuttle buses will depart from point 10 on the site map. The 1st bus will depart at approximately 23:45 depending on when it fills out (boarding starts at 23:30), and the last bus departs at 06:15 from Barbarellas.  These run approximately every 30 mins
